The issues with introduced species within Australia have existed since the First Settlers. I have grown up on a farm and have personally experienced these issues. I am creating a garment based on the Australian Magpie. It will be representing the native Australian animal deaths caused by introduced species. I will be making a rib cage corset to represent captivity, a bird skull mask to represent death, and a website that will inform people of these issues.
